The facilities at Oak Branch are available to the musical public for concerts, lectures, classes, studio recitals, etc. The barn can seat up to 40 people comfortably. We maintain a Steinway concert grand piano, which may be used for performances respectful of the nature of the instrument.

The rates for using the facilities at Oak Branch are as follows:

Use of the facility:

• Up to 3 hours - $100
• $25 per hour for additional time
• An extra $150 charge will be made for events which require an additional tuning of the piano.

Recording engineer:

If you would like your event recorded or videoed, Oak Branch can give you a list of engineers to contact for availability, scheduling and fees.

Recommended pianists:

If you need a pianist for your event, Oak Branch can give you a list of possibilities to contact for availability, scheduling and fees.
